Body Mushrooms
Penis Envy, B+, Uncut and Golden Teachers
Based on your quiz results, mushrooms that primarily support the body are recommended for you. You have probably lived the majority of your life in your head, and have an overall un-grounded feeling in your day-to-day life. Working with mushrooms that support you in dropping back into your body will help you to experience the delights and joy of just being human.
Your imbalance lies primarily in a divine energy imbalance. This needs to be grounded by the divine masculine. The masculine grounds the feminine and the feminine guides the masculine.
The body has seven primary energy centers, known as the chakras. When we work to bring balance to the body space, our focus is on the three upper chakras including the throat, third eye, and crown. When you commit to one of our micro-dosing programs, we would be working with you to bring balance to these chakras focusing on the programs and trauma that have caused the imbalances. The following is an overview of each of the chakras that you would be focusing on to balance your body, mind, and spirit.

Throat (Vishuddha) Chakra
The first four chakras—Muladhara (root), Svadhisthana (sacral or pelvic), Manipura (navel), and Anahata (heart)—are associated with earth elements and the physical body. The Ajna (third eye) and Sahasrara (crown) chakras are associated with light, beauty, intuition, and cosmic or spiritual energy, aka the Divine Feminine. The throat (vishuddha) chakra is the link between these realms. It’s “the highway between the individual and the universal.” It connects the energies between your basic needs and your higher wisdom.
The throat chakra works in conjunction with the sacral or pelvic chakra. This chakra is the seat of your creativity. In order for those creative ideas to flourish and manifest they have to have a way to express themselves. That’s where the vishuddha comes in. Your creative ideas need the throat chakra energy to be able to find “voice” in the world.
Signs of an imbalanced chakra
Emotional signs that the throat chakra may be blocked are feelings of depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem. This may be worsened by being unable to express these feelings. A throat chakra blockage is often associated with the inability to speak. Something needs to be said, but you just can’t seem to work up the nerve to spit it out. Or you want to say something but find a lump in your throat or a catch in your voice. This imbalance may also manifest as a fear of speaking in public or even talking openly with people you know. Or perhaps you may speak in a voice so low you can’t be easily heard. You may be unwilling or unable to speak up to defend yourself, express your opinion, or state your choices. When difficult conversations arise, you may shut down rather than speak up.
While the throat chakra is associated with being silenced, an imbalance in the opposite direction may be signaled by a tendency to talk too much or ramble on without a clear point. You may tend to put your foot in your mouth, use inappropriate language, or make misstatements. If you find yourself interrupting or talking over other people, dominating the conversation, or needing to have the last word, you may want to look for ways to tone down the vishuddha energy. Here are some signs of blocked vishuddha energy:
-
Thyroid problems
-
Hoarseness
-
Sore throat
-
Sores in the mouth or tongue
-
Gum disease
-
Ear infections
-
Sinus infections
-
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) issues
-
Tight shoulders
Why alignment of this
chakra is important
If clear communication and careful hearing is your goal, taking care of the throat is important. A balanced throat chakra helps you communicate with clarity, wisdom, and discernment.
When your throat chakra is open and balanced, you will find that you are not only able to speak fearlessly and with compassion, but you will also be open to listening to and hearing others.
Being able to talk openly and honestly—but with care and concern for others—is a gift to all your relationships. You’ll be able to articulate your ideas, feelings and opinions clearly. When you’re able to express thoughts with clarity, you may also find that you feel heard and understood.
Healthy communication includes nonverbal and internal communication. Speaking truth to yourself—and walking consistently in that truth—is a pathway to enlightenment.
Third Eye (Ajna) Chakra
The Ajna chakra is associated with higher knowledge, intuition, and what you might think of as your sixth sense. The third eye helps you perceive a cosmic vision beyond the physical world that your eyes can see. It connects you to your intuition and illuminates everything as it is without the filter of your past, your expectations, or your judgment. Ajna chakra is also linked to imagination and visualization. When Ajna is functioning well, you trust your inner wisdom. When it’s blocked, you feel close-minded. The Ajna chakra is associated with light and illumination. You carry wisdom within you, a “light,” that can brighten your path. When you tap into the Ajna chakra you have a greater awareness of the world around you, and your eyes are truly open.
This chakra is positioned above the throat chakra which balances emotion and reason. It sits below the seventh chakra, the Sahasrara or crown chakra, the center of thoughtfulness, enlightenment, and wisdom.
Signs of Balanced Ajna Energy
When the third eye chakra is in balance, you are able to tune into and trust your intuition and imagination. You see your life with clarity, self-awareness, and emotional balance. You trust your inner knowledge, which allows you to make balanced decisions. You are open to different perspectives and able to receive wisdom from beyond the given senses of sight, touch, sound, taste, and hearing.
Signs of an imbalanced chakra
When the sixth chakra is blocked, you lose your connection with your inner wisdom. You may feel lost or adrift. The imbalance is mostly likely to present itself physically within the brain and eyes. You may also feel stuck in the day-to-day. Without the guidance of your inner wisdom, you may be unable to look beyond immediate problems and your own opinions. When you are thus out of balance, you may have difficulty seeing the bigger picture. You may feel mentally, foggy, anxious, or depressed. Misalignment of the third eye chakra can result in physical and mental difficulties. Your mind may constantly feel in overdrive. You may notice the following symptoms:
-
eye strain
-
headaches
-
migraines
-
dizziness
-
clogged sinuses
-
hearing issues
-
memory issues
-
anxiety
-
confusion
-
insomnia or nightmares
Why alignment of this
chakra is important
When you balance the third eye chakra, you will have greater clarity of thought. You trust your intuition and are able to clearly see events in your life and the lessons they present to you. You will gain the ability to see the subtle energy that makes and connects all objects in the universe.
As you work to open the Ajna chakra, you can begin to see things as they actually are without the projection and color of ego. From there, you can begin to move toward the things you value in life more efficiently.
Crown (Sahasrara) Chakra
When spinning properly, each chakra allows energy to flow through the body. If these wheels of energy become blocked by stress, anxiety or emotional upheaval, your well-being can suffer. Associated with the element of thought, the Crown (Sahasrara) energy center controls your connection to spirit, as well as your sense of universal consciousness, wisdom, unity, and self-knowledge. Its associated color is violet, reflective of its connection to spirituality and enlightenment.
Physical signs of
an imbalanced chakra
If your crown chakra is blocked, you may be feeling a bit unstable in your physical body. Some of the physical signs of a blocked seventh chakra include:
-
Imbalance
-
Overall poor coordination
-
Low ability to function physically
Mental signs of
an imbalanced chakra
-
Confusion
-
A lack of connection to the world
-
Hyper spiritualization (i.e., too much meditation)
-
Poor mental functioning
-
A lack of focus
Why alignment of
this chakra is important
The crown chakra is also the gateway to super-consciousness—a state of being where it is no longer possible to experience yourself as separate from anything or anyone. When your crown chakra is aligned, you are ready to let go of misunderstandings about who you are and why you are here.
As you start to balance the crown chakra, you may feel more at ease. Mentally, you’ll feel much more relaxed and clear-headed—gaining the ability to situate yourself in the world around you. You may also find increased synergy between your physical body and your mental state and feel more connected with the spiritual realm.
