Heart Mushroom
Albino
Based on your quiz results, it's time for you to open your heart. Often this means you have a disconnect between the mind and body. You are prone to overthinking and analyzing everything and everyone around you. You judge yourself and others harshly. It's time for you to find your way back to your body to your feelings and emotions. Back to your heart center. The heart chakra is where trauma from all the other charkas is transmuted, so a block in this chakra causes blocks in all others as it's nearly impossible to transmute anything when it is blocked.
Unfortunately, there are very few people today that have open heart charkas. To have an open-heart charka the masculine and feminine energy in your body must be balanced and in harmony. In today’s world, women often have too much masculinity and not enough feminine and the opposite is true for men. It's about balance whether you identify with one more than the other is normal, but they still must be in balance and harmony. When you commit to one of our micro-dosing programs, we will support you in bringing balance to this primary energy center. We rarely put people on just one type of mushroom. It's usually a combination after the initial start tailored to what your specific needs are. The Albino mushroom brings up a lot for most people as it works its magic on the human psyche, charkas, and body.Below is an overview of the heart chakra.

Heart (Anahata) Chakra
The Heart chakra, or anahata chakra in Sanskrit, is located at the center of the spine at the heart level. Anahata roughly translates to, “unhurt.” Accordingly, the heart chakra acts as the individual’s center of compassion, empathy, love, and forgiveness. This chakra governs one’s senses of trust, fearlessness, peace, generosity, gratitude, and connectedness, as well as change and transformation, healthy boundaries, depth in relationships with others, emotional control, and love for oneself.
The heart chakra has a feminine energy and is symbolized by a green six-pointed star within a 12-petaled flower. Elementally, the heart chakra is associated with air, and its mantra is, “I love.”
The heart chakra is special because it is the fourth of the seven chakras, making it the exact halfway point of the system and the unifier of the physical and spiritual chakras. By connecting the lower three chakras — the root, sacral, and solar plexus — with the upper three chakras — the throat, third eye, and crown — the heart chakra acts as the bridge between the earth and spirit.
