The journey for Zenchronicity started long before we ever thought we would be guiding others along their own healing path.
Megan was the catalyst nearly 10 years ago when she attended Bikram Yoga teacher trainer. After years of struggling with an eating disorder, depression, and suicidal thoughts. Megan stepped into her own world of healing. She surrendered to her past and was guided through mentors, plant medicine, and rock bottom to rise from her ashes.
Nicole shortly followed as she realized her life had been led by shadow ego and emotions. Together they took each other's hands and promised to take on generational trauma, and societal programming head-on.
In, 2020 both lost their jobs having been on separate coasts, and came back together to their roots in Colorado. With the use of plant medicine, meditation, and movement (yoga) the sisters began down the journey of deeper healing and expansion. Zenchronicity was created in service to others, the calling to teach and hand down their knowledge.
